GIVIT’s mission is to ensure Australians experiencing hardship get the essential items and services they need, when they need them.

We provide practical support - like groceries for people experiencing homelessness, white goods
for women escaping domestic and family violence, school items for families experiencing economic
hardship, construction services for people rebuilding after disaster, and much, much more.

Working with local community organisations across Australia, we present the real and urgent needs
of people experiencing hardship and provide a range of ways for generous people to give to fellow
Aussies in need. We work to ensure that - regardless of location and no matter why they find
themselves doing it tough - Aussies in need get what they need, when they need it.

So far, we’ve provided over 8 million items and services to Aussies who are struggling. As natural
disasters become more frequent and severe and the cost of living continues to rise, the need within
our communities continues to escalate – right now there are thousands of Aussies who need our
support.
