What is responsible gambling?

Spend Limits

You can set a spend limit on your account to assist with restricting your weekly spend.

  • To set up these limits log into your account, and navigate to the My Account section Spend Limits.
  • A request to increase your spend limit may require a waiting period.
  • If you need help to set up a limit, you can also contact our Customer support team.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from using our service, please contact our Customer Support Team and request self-exclusion.

  • The self-exclusion period is for 12 months
  • Any unplayed eligible tickets are cancelled, and the deposit returned.
  • Your account will need to be ID verified to ensure any remaining prizes can be withdrawn to your nominated bank account.
  • You will receive an email confirming your self-exclusion.
  • Once your self-exclusion period is completed, you can request to have your account reviewed. You will need to write to our Responsible Gambling Officer at support@ozlotteries.com

Opt-out from Marketing communication

You can choose to opt-out from receiving marketing communication by contacting our Customer support team. If you have chosen to be self-excluded you are  automatically opted out of our communications.

Lottery Odds

The odds for each game are displayed on the play page. This page shows the odds of winning each division, how to play the game and view the draws. Our Help Centre also contains useful information on the odds for all our Lotto games.

ID Verification

Purchasing via Oz Lotteries is prohibited for under 18's. To prevent underage participation online, we have a range of initiatives to validate members' identities and age, and it is a requirement of membership of our site to provide identification when requested.

If sufficient identification is not provided promptly your account can be terminated and any winnings withheld until you can sufficiently prove your identity and ownership of the account.

Protecting Minors

Here are some tips for parents or guardians to protect minors:

  • Keep your username and password secure and avoid using auto-fill on shared family devices.
  • Always log out of your Oz Lotteries account to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Use parental control software to manage and block access to lottery and gambling websites on both desktop and mobile devices.
