We'll try and verify you automatically. If we can't, we'll ask for another form of ID - such as your driver's licence.
Why do I have to verify?
To offer you unrestricted access to your account, Oz Lotteries needs to confirm the following:
- you are over the age of 18
- you live in a location where we can legally offer you lottery products
Each State and Territory government has different Codes and Act's which we are required to meet by law. To learn more about our ID verification process, please visit our Help Centre.
For example, South Australian customers must complete verification within 45 day of creating an account, or the account will be temporarily suspended.
