RSPCA Lottery is authorised under the following licence and/or permit numbers: QLD: Licence No. 250434; NSW: Permit No. GOCAU/2570; VIC: Permit No. 10234/24; ACT Permit No: R 24/00103.1; NT Permit No. FNL1020. RSPCA Lottery is in aid of the charitable services of The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Queensland) Limited. ABN 74851544037. RSPCA Lottery is permitted to sell up to 126,057 tickets in this lottery, commencing 1 July 2024. Fundraising services in support of the lottery are provided by TMS Global Services Pty Ltd ACN 089 771 835 (TMS) located at 2/601 Coronation drive Toowong, Queensland, 4066. The Victorian Commercial Raffle Organisers Licence is held by TMS.

DRAW DETAILS:

Closing Date: 11:59pm (AEST) 28 August 2024. Drawing Date: 11am (AEST) 30 August 2024. Drawn at Jumbo Fundraising - L1 601 Coronation Drive Toowong QLD 4066. Public welcome. The 1st Prize winner will be contacted by their supplied phone number(s) and email. All Prize winners are notified in writing within 7 days of the draw via email or mail. Results are published online on the Winners page at www.rspcalottery.com.au on the day of the draw.

GENERAL LOTTERY CONDITIONS:

Tickets AUD $10 each. A ticket that has been drawn will be re-entered into the Draw and is eligible to be drawn again. Cheque, money order and credit card payments must be received by close date to be entered into the draw. All lottery prizes are not taxable under the prescribed lottery arrangements. Lottery tickets are not tax deductible. RSPCA accepts no liability for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize. Only payments for tickets in the current lottery will be accepted. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Entries are open to residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older who are not ineligible for entry. The following persons are ineligible for entry: (a) The Parties acknowledge and agree that by virtue of their participation in the RSPCA Lottery that: (i) directors and employees (and their Immediate Families) of either any Party or its related entities; and/or (ii) agencies or companies associated with the conduct of the RSPCA Lottery, are ineligible to enter the RSPCA Lottery. (b) For the purposes of the above, Immediate Families means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling. It is the responsibility of all entrants of the lottery to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prizes offered as a part of the Draw Entrants agree to the publication of their ticket number, suburb, state and postcode in the event of a winning ticket.

Supporters who purchase 3 or more tickets in RSPCA Lottery No. 80 are eligible for entry into the Multiple Ticket Bonus draw. Supporters receive 1 entry for every 3 tickets purchased, per account. The prize is a $5,000 Gift Card. Drawn Friday, 30 August 2024 at 11am AEST.

By signing up as a RSPCA Lottery Pet Supporter, tickets purchased through your membership are automatically entered into RSPCA Lottery exclusive Pet Supporter draws.

To be eligible for the Pet Supporter Prize Draws you must be an active and financial RSPCA Lottery Pet Supporter at the date of entry into the relevant Pet Supporter draw. An active Pet Supporter is one who has an active subscription, (not paused or cancelled). A financial Pet Supporter is one whose last subscription charge is successful. Charges that are pending or declined are not deemed to be financial.

Pet Supporter promotion Competition dates: 1st July 2024 - 28 August 2024 Entry requirements: To be eligible for the Pet Supporter Bonus Draw you must be an active and financial RSPCA Lottery Pet Supporter in Lottery No. 80. Prize: 3 prize draws to win 1 of 3 $1,000 gift cards.

PRIZES – GENERAL:

All vehicle prizes are supplied by RSPCA Lottery preferred suppliers and must be collected from a nominated dealership in Queensland. RSPCA does not accept responsibility for delays due to prize availability from the supplier. Winners acknowledge that the vehicle may not be available for delivery until it is received from the supplier and will raise no objection to delayed receipt of that component of the prize. Registration and all other on road costs included for all prize vehicles. Photographs and props are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily depict exact Prize detail. All Prizes are valued at manufacturers/suppliers recommended retail (list) price including GST. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Where Prizes are Cash*, Victorian residents receive a Gift Card for Prizes under $5,000, and Gold Bullion for Prizes worth $5,000 and over. Where a prize is described as a “Gift Card” it will be delivered as an electronic gift card to the email address on record or it may be delivered via SMS to the mobile phone number on record. If an email or mobile number is not on record and/or cannot be obtained a Gift card will be issued. All Gift Cards accepted at merchants’ discretion. Gold Bullion valued at purchase price - selling costs and market ﬂuctuations apply. Winning ticket numbers and winners are validated against records held in our database and all draws are final. Where RSPCA is unable to contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state/territory legislation will be followed. State/territory requirements at time of permit approval is as follows: Queensland – For a Category 3 Art Union, the prize must be kept for one year from the day the prize winner is decided. If the prize is not claimed within one year, the incorporated eligible association may apply the prize or its sale proceeds to the association’s purpose. New South Wales – If despite every reasonable effort organisers cannot contact a prize winner, the organisers must retain the prize for three months after the draw. However, if a prize is perishable (e.g a tray of meat or other perishable food), the prize can be sold or otherwise disposed of in a way that will immediately bring a reasonable price. The money raised (after deducting the reasonable costs of sale or disposal) must be held in trust for the winner of the prize. At the end of three months if the prize remains unclaimed, organisers are required to submit a letter to the legislator setting out full details of steps taken to contact the winner and to deliver the prize and seeking permission to sell the prize. After receiving written approval, the prize must be sold, and the proceeds of sale deposited to the organisation that the art union was conducted for. Australian Capital Territory: All prizes in the lottery must be distributed or allocated as approved. If a prize is not claimed within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the prize, the person conducting the promotion must draw another winning ticket or entry. Victoria: If a winner does not claim a prize in a raffle and the person who conducted the raffle cannot, after reasonable efforts to do so, find a winner of the prize the community or charitable organisation to benefit from the raffle must ensure that the prize is retained for 12 months after the draw or, if the prize is livestock or property of a perishable nature, may sell the prize in a way that brings a reasonable price and retain the proceeds (after deducting the reasonable costs of the sale) for 12 months after the draw. If a prize or proceeds of the sale of a prize retained under sub-regulation remain unclaimed after a period of 12 months after the draw of the raffle, the community or charitable organisation must sell or otherwise dispose of the prize if this has not already been done and must pay the proceeds (after deducting the reasonable costs of the sale or disposal) to the Treasurer for payment into the Consolidated Fund.

REFUND POLICY:

RSPCA Lottery is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all tickets purchased in our Lotteries. Tickets in the current Lottery may be returned and cancelled before the close of the Lottery for a full refund of the ticket price. All tickets not returned by the closing date will be valid for the Draw and therefore able to win a prize so cannot be refunded. RSPCA Lottery may at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, refund after the Lottery has been drawn.
