Is Daily Winners free?
Daily Winners has two tiers, free and premium. The free membership option will provide you with a chance to win in the daily and monthly giveaways as well as limited access to rewards at our partner retailers. Premium members will gain full access to rewards on fuel, gift cards, and white goods as well as 145+ additional chances to win each month. How do I know when I'm in the giveaway?
If you have opted into Daily Winners, you will be automatically entered into all daily giveaways. Premium members are automatically entered into the major draw, free members must unlock your entry for each major draw.
Why am I locked out of the major giveaway?
Entry into the major giveaway is initially locked for Daily Winners on a free membership. To ensure you're entered into the draw, you must manually unlock your entry each month by clicking the 'Unlock Entry' button in the major giveaway section on the Daily Winners page. If you have trouble unlocking the draw, contact customer support at 1300 188 911. Remember that Premium members have the major giveaway automatically unlocked!
If I win, how will I be contacted?
Major winners will be contacted directly by phone and email using the details provided when you created your Oz Lotteries account. Daily winners will be contacted via email, and funds will be deposited directly into your Oz Lotteries account.
When will you draw a winner after the giveaway closes?
The daily and major giveaways are drawn 24-48 business hours after the giveaway closes, with winners published in that time as well.
What are the benefits of being a Premium member?
Premium members enjoy full access to exclusive rewards, including access to the Ampol Fuel rewards and the Good Guys Commercial Platform. Our Premium Members also receive five (5) entries in Daily Winners’ daily, special and major giveaways.
